Dear Friends & Family,
What a blessed summer this has been. But before we give you an update (with pictures) we wanted to let our West Coast friends know we will be heading out that direction for a wedding (Tim's brother is getting married on Sat. Sept. 9th). We are looking forwarding to seeing lots of you and plan to be at Calvary Chapel Chico on Wednesday Sept. 13th for the midweek service and Tim at the Friday Sept. 15th Men's morning Bible study.
There is much ministry going on here and we enjoy watching the work God is doing. As we remain faithful in the little things, we see God continues to open up great opportunities for us.
Well how do you celebrate 10 years of marriage? Do the Viking 5k Mud Run of course.

We are training up the next generation already :-) Both Joshua and Caleb enjoy role playing as pastor-daddy before our morning church service. Both are helpers and Josh has been asking profound and clearly thought out Bible questions. We love watching them grow in the Lord!
We had a blast at our summer church picnic & potluck this year (although some were unable to attend as it was a bit last minute). We praise God for building His church, one person at a time.
Recently we have had more families join us and one family is driving about 40 miles twice a week to grow with us. There is such a need for systematic verse-by-verse Bible teaching here and we continue to see people grow in God's grace and have a deeper love for the Lord.
So live for the kingdom of God. Seek to bring glory to Jesus Christ and the Lord will use you in wonderful ways. And your prayers and support are already making a huge impact for the kingdom of God. Friends, we treasure each of you and we thank God for your love for our family and support of the work God is doing in the Midwest!
