“...The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD" Job 1:21
Friends and Family,
Anna and I found ourselves excited to share with you in this update that we were expecting to have another child. And were looking forward to this good news especially after Tim's step-Father recently passed away in California but this past Saturday after visiting the ER and some lab work throughout the week, it became apparent that at eight weeks Anna had a miscarriage.
In 2 Samuel 12:23 David asked the question "Can I bring him back again?" knowing the answer was no he then rested in the promises of God and declared "I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me." We know that our Heavenly Father is accomplishing His eternal purposes, and we are comforted knowing that our baby is with Jesus and we will see our child again. We know God is still in control and remains good and so we continue to trust in His perfect will for us.
We ask that you would be in prayer for us in this season. Our son Joshua is now 2 1/2 and we are so blessed by his heart to pray and sing worship songs to Jesus. We know that everything we have is a blessing from God and He alone is worthy and to be praised in any and all circumstances of life. Lastly, pray that the Lord would give us wisdom about our fellowship as our Sunday Bible study group is growing and for us as we look into Incorporating as a Non-profit Church.
Again thank you so much for your love, prayers and support for our family!
